Mission Statement:
God has called Trinity Christian Academy to assist Christian families and their churches in providing a Biblically-directed, academically excellent education that equips students to be Godly leaders and servants in their homes, churches, and communities.

Belief Statements:
- The Bible is God’s Word to man, the road map, and foundation of all areas of life. ( II Timothy 3:16-17 and Psalms 119:105 )
- TCA will honor Scripture as the infallible, inspired Word of God that is God’s love letter to mankind.
- TCA will recognize the Bible as absolute truth.
- TCA will encourage the school’s leaders to study the Bible and apply its principles to all areas of life.
- TCA will train all staff in effective Biblical integration.
- TCA will integrate the Bible in all areas of the educational process.
- TCA will emphasize Bible memorization for all students.
- TCA will train all students how to study the Bible and encourage them to apply its principles to their daily lives.
- TCA is an interdenominational school that recognizes the church as the body of Christ, God’s expression of His kingdom, that is on an aggressive mission with God to redeem a lost and dying world. ( Acts 20:28 and Acts 2:47 )
- TCA will require faculty, board, and staff to be active members of a local Bible believing church.
- TCA will maintain admission criteria that requires a pastor’s reference and families to be active members of a local Bible believing church.
- TCA will set policies, procedures, and practices that give respect to the church.
- TCA will teach students the importance of the local church throughout the curriculum.
- TCA will seek to strengthen the roles and relationships with local churches.
- Every aspect of the educational process must be considered a stewardship responsibility from God so that a Biblical legacy will be successfully passed from one generation to the next. ( Genesis 1:28, Luke 18:11-26, and Genesis 2:15 )
- TCA will develop and operate within a budget that reflects sound Biblical principles of stewardship.
- TCA will provide students with the best possible education that will develop the whole child – spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.
- TCA will exercise responsible stewardship over all finances, building equipment, and properties placed in its care.
- TCA will teach stewardship in the area of personal talents and spiritual gifts.
- TCA will teach stewardship of finances, possessions, and God’s creation.
- Service is demonstrating our love for Christ by living a life of obedience and placing the needs of others above those of ourselves. ( Mark 10:45 and Galatians 6:2,10 )
- TCA will identify, develop, and retain servant leadership in school board members and staff.
- TCA will disciple students in understanding the importance of serving Christ and others.
- TCA will partner with families, their churches, and the community, to provide opportunities and places of service for Christ.
- TCA will emphasize service to Christ and others in every aspect of the school’s programs.
- Christ-likeness is behavior that exemplifies the life and teachings of Christ so that it will bring glory and honor to God and influence others. (Ephesians 2:10, Colossians 2:6-10, I Corinthians 9:24, and I John 2:6 )
- TCA will teach Christ-likeness through methods of encouragement, discipleship, and accountability.
- TCA will measure all activities ( spiritual, academic, athletic, social ) by the principle of Christ-likeness.
- TCA will expect all staff and students to demonstrate Christ-like behavior on a 24/7 basis as a witness to the community.
- TCA will strive to instill a desire, for all those touched by TCA, to model Christ-like behavior.
- The Christian family was the first institution ordained by God through which future generations are raised to live Godly lives and glorify God by living lifestyles in keeping with scripture. ( Genesis 2:23-24 and Deuteronomy 4:9 )
- TCA will establish policies, procedures, and practices that honors and strengthens Christian families.
- TCA will promote and teach God’s design for the family as it relates to the marriage relationship and parenting throughout the curriculum.
- TCA will maintain enrollment guidelines that support the Christian family.
- TCA will recognize and fulfill its role in assisting Christian parents in the education of their children.
- TCA will help parents understand and accept their God-given responsibility to educate their children according to the Biblical principles of kingdom education.
- TCA will help church leaders understand the Biblical principles of KingdomEducation in order to strengthen all church families.
- Excellent Christian education begins with the fear of God. It exhibits excellence in academics, curricular activities, and all other aspects of the educational process by challenging each student to reach his/her full potential in Christ. (Ecclesiastes 12:13 and I Peter 2:17 )
- TCA will hire, develop, and retain qualified Christian teachers.
- TCA will continually develop, evaluate, and revise the curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
- TCA will integrate God’s Word into all educational programs.
- TCA will design an educational program that develops the whole child – spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.
- TCA will continually monitor student academic achievement and spiritual development.
- TCA will maintain graduation requirements that will allow all students to pursue God’s call on their lives.
- A Christian staff is comprised of individuals who have Christ in their hearts and love God with all their hearts, souls, and minds. They are called and qualified for their individual assignments so that they can minister to student and impact the next generation for Christ. (Luke 6:40, Titus :7-8, and Matthew 22:37-40 )
- TCA will aggressively recruit and retain Christian staff whose lives clearly reflect Christ and are qualified to fulfill their individual assignments.
- TCA will develop and train staff to effectively teach students so that they will develop a Biblical worldview and be able to intellectually engage the culture for Christ.
- TCA will provide an environment that encourages the staff to have a strong, ever-growing walk with the Lord.
- TCA will encourage and provide professional development for all staff to improve their performance in their individual assignments.
- TCA will challenge the faculty to strive for academic excellence in the classroom.
