The application fee in non-refundable. The application fee is designated for the processing of the application and for admissions testing. There are no exceptions to this policy.
ALL applicants are considered PROSPECTIVE students during the admission process.
Once an applicant has been determined to be academically eligible and all required forms have been received, student and parent interviews will be scheduled.
Upon completion of the required interviews, tuition contracts will be issued. ALL TUITION CONTRACTS MUST BE RETURNED AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS MADE PRIOR TO AUGUST 1ST OF THE SCHOOL YEAR FOR WHICH APPLICANT IS ENROLLING. APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED ACTIVE STUDENTS WHEN THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN RETURNED. The ACTIVE student status reflects enrollment and confirmation of the student's space in the classroom and/or grade for which student is enrolling.
All applications received after August 1st will be processed and the necessary steps are required for admissions. If a contract is given to an applicant after Augustu 1st, the parents have 72 hours to return the contract to school.
ONLY ACTIVE STATUS STUDENTS may begin school at any time and may participate in extracurricular activities including sports practices.
