"I wish I could express to you the enormity of gratitude I feel to all the leaders there who work so hard to make Trinity the succes it is and therefore convey blessing after blessing to our family. We praise God for you and others who just seem to keep on giving."

Families enrolling more than one student will receive the following reduction in tuition
This fee is $200 and is the maximum amount charged per family. The Enrollment Fee for new families is non-refundable.
Single Installment Plan: All tuition and fees remaining after payment of the non-refundable tuition deposit are due to TCA on or before June 1, 2010. There will be a discount of $75 per student when payment is made by this date.
FACTS Monthly Installment Plan: Parents choosing the monthly installment plan will make payments through FACTS Management Company’s secure online payment website https://online.factsmgt.com. There is a $41 yearly fee payable to FACTS to make monthly installments, however, TCA credits a one time discount of $55 per family for signing up with FACTS. Please go to the FACTS icon on the home page at www.tcalions.com to sign up for FACTS. Equal payments of the tuition and fees remaining after the payment of the non-refundable tuition deposit will be automatically deducted from a designated checking or savings account, or automatically charged to a credit card (with a 2.5% convenience fee added for credit card payments only) on your choice of the 5th or 16th of the month. AMEX, Discover and MasterCard are accepted. The payments will be paid in eleven equal installments beginning June, 2010 and ending in May, 2011 with no payment in February, 2011 due to re-enrollment for the next school year. Should an automatic bank payment or credit card payment be returned, a $25 FACTS returned payment fee will be automatically assessed to your account for each failed attempt. This is in addition to any penalty your bank may assess and the $15 late fee assessed by TCA.
If the executed enrollment contract is delivered to TCA after June 1, 2010, the registration fee plus the first monthly installment are due with the contract. Individual arrangements are made for late enrollments. For re-enrolling families, you must be registered with FACTS by April 1, 2010 to continue holding a spot for your child.
Tuition Insurance is highly recommended by Trinity Christian Academy. It provides families with tuition contract protection in the event the family leaves Trinity prior to the end of the school year for any reason. Please contact Kristy Layman at 410-8068 for further details.
