TCA is excited to announce our new cafeteria provider – Gourmet Your Way!

Gourmet Your Way has been a premier catering and events company in Jackson for almost 20 years. We are proud to offer their food services to our students beginning in the 2020-2021 school year.

TCA Cafeteria Purchases

All meal purchases and payments will be by credit card, debit card, or ACH payments only through the School Payment Portal. No cash or checks will be accepted. You will have the opportunity to track purchases, create reminders, and set up automatic payments. Any questions or concerns with a student’s account should be directed to the Gourmet Your Way Financial Office at 731-661-0336 or by emailing accounts@gourmet-your-way.com.

To set up your new TCA cafeteria account, please visit www.schoolpaymentportal.com. (Current and New TCA Families should have received their TCA Cafeteria ID via email. If not, please contact the Gourmet Your Way Financial Office.) 

TCA Dining Account Instructions

To set up your new TCA cafeteria account, please visit www.schoolpaymentportal.com.

• Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
• Enter new account information and save.
• Enter your E-mail Address and Password you just created
• Click to ADD STUDENT to your account.
• Enter the Zip Code the School uses in the field for zip code.
• Click on the School Name
• Enter your student’slast name and student ID number then click search
• Click on MANAGE CAFETERIA ACCOUNT
• From here you can view your student’s account to see their balance and what they have purchased since the first day of school or add funds to your student’s account.

If you would like detailed information use the “Parent Guide to School Payment Portal”. This document will assist new users with the most basic functionality of the School Payment Portal.

• Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) 2.3% + $1.00 per transaction
• ACH (online checking account) $1.50 per each $500 deposit level.

EXAMPLE:
Parent/Guardian Deposits $50.00 Credit Card Payment: The parent/guardian would be charged $50.00 that is deposited to the district bank account as well as a $2.15 convenience fee paid to us to cover the fee processing expenses.
