  • TCA is seeking qualified candidates with a desire to work with infants, toddlers, 2’s and 3’s in a Christian environment. This is a full-time non-exempt position reporting from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday 12 months of the year (Closed specific holidays). Benefit options are available.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist lead teacher in the classroom

    • Aid in the growth and development of infants

    • Abide by state regulations

    • Provide a safe, clean, and secure classroom environment

    • Nurture each child with love and compassion

    • Foster positive relationships with children’s parents

    • Work respectfully with other TCA employees

    • Continue to grow and develop professionally

    Qualifications:

    • Agree with TCA’s Statement of Faith

    • Active in a local Bible-believing church

    • Physically and emotionally able to perform all duties of the position

    • At least twenty-one (21) years of age

  • TCA is looking for a part time teacher to serve in our Early Education program Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 pm.

    Part-time teachers will be caring for children and sharing with them the love of Christ. All applicants must be at least 21 years old.
